As we are sure you are aware, on April 18 Councillor Tony Lester proposed a motion, seconded by Councillor Lloyd and passed by majority vote, that 3 independent experts be engaged by KCDC and that ALL information held by KCDC in relation to hazard lines be made available to them for review.
